Appointment Information

• All appointments are 50–60 minutes in duration.

• Card, cash or EFT is accepted as method of payment. Thereafter, clients can submit the claim to their medical aid.

• Clients can make appointments without a referral letter as physiotherapists are first line practitioners.

• Please make sure to calculate ample time to find parking and locate the practice when coming for your first appointment.

Cancellation policy

Please note that appointments not cancelled within 12 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.
